Coloring for Relaxation

Do you need to destress? For many adults, coloring:

  • Generates feelings of wellness, quietness, and calmness
  • Stimulates creativity
  • Boosts mental clarity
  • Elicits a relaxing mindset
  • Allows switching off the brain from other thoughts to focus on the moment
  • Replaces negative thoughts and images with pleasant ones

Join us to participate in this mindful, relaxing activity where artistic talent is not required! All materials are provided. Colorists can choose from mandalas, nature, animals or abstract designs. Listen to relaxing sounds and spend an hour destressing.
