Healthy Eating and Weight Mangement

Come join us as we share a common goal to eat healthy and well-balanced meals and snacks, which will in turn result in weight loss or weight management. Enjoy a recipe healthy recipe exchange and input from a certified dietician! Everyone will also be given the opportunity to set their own individual goals. This group will encourage, support and celebrate each other's victories, on and off the scale. We will discuss our challenges with weight and offer each other suggestions. The last Wednesday of each month we will check blood pressures, and provide education for a healthy heart.
