5K Run / Walk

Running has health benefits that extend well beyond any pill a doctor could prescribe. *This activity will utilize 2 BTO benefit hours and is an autonomous activity. Please plan for a warm up and cool down before and after you run. 
*There will be someone taking time at each location.
