Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates

Due to the continuing spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), SCCMHA is focused on the safety and well being of all consumers, staff, and the community.  
As of March 16, 2020, all SCCMHA buildings are closed to visitors with exception of 500 Hancock.  Any visitors to the Hancock building will be screened before entry will be granted. 
We encourage everyone to follow all Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and State & County-issued guidance.  Get the latest information / updates available at:

The Centers for Disease Control is recommending the best prevention for viruses, such as influenza, the common cold or COVID-19 is to:
  • Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for 20 seconds. If not available, use hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Cover your mouth or nose with tissue or upper sleeve when coughing or sneezing.
  • Avoid contact with people who are sick.
  • If you are sick, stay home, and avoid contact with others.
  • Replace handshakes with elbow bumps.
  • Stay at least six feet away from others when in a public setting.
