Emergency Closure Information

SCCMHA has closed down all of our facilities except for 500 Hancock Street and the Albert & Woods Professional Development & Business Center (A&W).  This action will be in effect until further notice.

  • Starting on Monday, June 8, 2020 supervisors have been opening up the Bay Road and Towerline Facilities for staff to return to work.  Most staff should have a return to work date from their direct supervisor.  If you do not have a return to work date, if you have any questions about when you should report to work, or your work schedule please contact your supervisor.
  • Visitors are only allowed at the 500 Hancock facility and only for the following reasons:  1) Need assistance in a mental health crisis; 2) Need to attend an injection appointment; 3) Need to attend an appointment with a Psychiatrist, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner for an appointment in person because a phone appointment would not be a feasible option; or 4) Need a new medication or an existing prescription filled.  Medications are delivered to visitors while they wait in their vehicle.  The SCCMHA Crisis Intervention Services phone line is always available 24/7 at (989) 792-9732 or Toll Free 1-800-233-0022.

More information will be updated on this website as it becomes available.

Notification of closures are also available through the following sources:
  • RADIO STATIONS:  WGER 106.3 FM, WSGW 790 AM, WCEN 94.5 FM, or WTLZ 107.1 FM

  • TELEPHONE:  Call (989) 272-7000

Note:  Closure of "SCCMHA Transportation" means that our buses and vans are not running, not that facilities are closed.
