SCCMHA's Learning Management System (LMS) - Absorb

SCCMHA has an obligation to ensure a competent network of service providers. MDHHS specifies certain required training in specific areas. SCCMHA Continuing Education is aimed at improving the quality of supports and services for people served in the SCCMHA provider network. SCCMHA training improves system performance, organizational processes, and enhances the best use of limited resources. 

SCCMHA has a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) to best support providers in meeting training requirements.

Absorb LMS is best supported by MS Edge or Google Chrome browsers.

 
Visibility 

I can’t see the video, course document upload or information.
Many times, there is a gray Collapse Details button you need to choose to get to the next step.
Microsoft Error at Login

When I attempt to login to LMS, I keep getting redirected to a Microsoft page requesting a verification code.
You are using the wrong log in link.

There are 2 different links. The link you will use will depend on whether you are a SCCMHA internal staff OR
If you provide services on behalf of SCCMHA.

Please refer to the explanation of log in links above.
Tablet – Phone Device Issues

For optimal LMS performance, CEU encourages completion of training on a PC.
CEU can’t troubleshoot issues when using mobile devices.

Quiz Failed – Can’t Retake After 3 failed attempts at the quiz, you must complete the entire training again.

 
Stuck – Can’t Move Forward Refresh your browser.

SCCMHA CEU continues to offer new learner navigation sessions: in-person or virtually to help you become familiar with the LMS functions as a learner and/or as a manager.

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use
disorders. This 8-hour training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to appropriate care.
