SCCMHA Offers a Great Benefit Package to Full Time Employees!


  • $1.5K - $6K signing bonus for specified positions

  • 13 paid holidays for Full Time and 12 paid holidays for Part Time

  • 4% salary increase for 2024 along with incremental increases

  • EXCELLENT BCBS medical coverage including affordable dental coverage. Vision coverage at no charge per family.

  • Available paid time off (PTO) after 90 days, 144 hours (18-8 hour days) of earned PTO for a 1st year Full Time employee. 72 hours (18-4 hour days) of earned PTO for 1st year Part Time employee.


  • Generous salaries include graduated step increases at 6 months and then annually

  • 4% salary increase for 2024

  • 401k Employer contribution up to 9%

  • 144 hours of earned paid time off for a first-year employee, along with 2 hours per month paid Wellness hours
