Ascension St. Mary's - Guardian Angel Respite & Adult Day Programs
Guardian Angel Respite & Adult Day Services works with the community to improve the lives of families and individuals with special needs. The program is designed to provide care to adults who have functional and/or cognitive impairments or those who simply require supervision.

Bayside Clubhouse is member driven by consumers receiving mental health services, assisting them in the development of:

Community Ties North
Community Ties North, a voluntary Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority (SCCMHA) program located in City of Saginaw, focusing on supporting individuals as they fully experience life by providing opportunitites for meaningful activities, exercising choice, and building relationships and partnerships within the community.
Community Ties South
Community Ties South, a voluntary Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority (SCCMHA) program located in New Lothrop, Michigan, focusing on supporting individuals as they fully experience life by providing opportunitites for meaningful activities, exercising choice, and building relationships and partnerships within the community.
Enhanced Health Services
Enhanced Health Services address health conditions related to an individuals mental health or intellectual disability, and provide services over an array of populations including children, adults, and the aging. Services may include direct treatment, staff monitoring, family training, monitoring of established home programs, and recommendations for durable medical equipment.
Friends for Recovery Center
Friends for Recover Center is a drop-in center located in Saginaw, Michigan. We strive to develop a system of care and provide a wellness environment where participants have opportunities for activities, field trips, peer groups, and the joy of making many friends. We are a center where recovery is possible.
Supported Employment
Once someone has been referred to Supported Employment (SE), the individual participates in an orientation, receiving information on what to expect in the process, and is assigned a specialist, who does a vocational assessment. The specialist asks questions to determine what type of jobs the individual is interested in, and assistance may be provided in developing a resume, working on interview skills, setting up email addresses and online accounts, and anything else needed to prepare the job candidate. All opportunities for employment are pursued, and SE provides unlimited follow-up to make sure the consumer is successful in the job.
